Our Fees

Our first initial consultation is free and when we then go on to recommend a product, process the application and monitor its progress until completion we do make a charge.

If you are purchasing a property the fee is £245.

If you are re-mortgaging your existing residential or investment property the fee is £195. 

Equity Release – there is a £95 fee payable when a recommendation report is produced and £595 payable on completion.
